Soya and Dal Parathas is a delicious easy to make recipe, loaded with goodness of wheat flour and soya. This can be served with tomato chutney and raita. These paranthas are very good tiffin options as well.

Knead a soft dough with atta, ajwain, salt, some ghee and water.

Cover with a cheese cloth and let it rest.

Put the soaked moong dal, soaked soya chunks in a blender and make a smooth paste. Add some water if needed.

Heat ghee and add a pinch of hing and cumin.
5.
Add the blended paste and mix well.

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix until the water is soaked.
7.
Now, cut small roundels from the dough, and stuff some soya-dal puree at the centre.

Tuck the edges and roll flat.
9.
Heat griddle and toast the paratha with ghee.
10.
And you have soya-dal paratha ready to be relished.

Serve hot with achar and white butter.
